In order to help kids who don't have access to regular dental work and cleanings, there have been a number of events created by dentists around the United States who have offered their services on a voluntary basis to people who have no dental insurance and who often can't even afford to visit. Even when a South Riding DDS location provides discounts for patients, not everyone is able to afford the work they need. Some dentists have been known to offer more than simple cleanings for free and have actually sometimes provided things like tooth extractions and cavity fillings.
